Sergei Frolakov (1964-)
Sergei Frolakov was born in St. Petersburg, and studied at the St. Petersburg Academy of Arts.
He was professionally engaged in graphics since 1987, and has been painting since 1989.
He is a member of the Russian Union of Professional Artists, a member of the Association of Art Historians, and since 2014 an international member of the Stella Art Association. He has been awarded silver and bronze medals by the French Association of Artists.
His work is much influenced by the imagery of Hieronymus Bosch.
